In the event that you are unhappy with your order please contact us immediately so that we can investigate the cause. If the issue is derived solely from your not providing artwork or masters to the specifications outlined on the 'ordering cd duplication page of our website we will be unable to provide a refund.
In the case of there being any fault arising due to the manufacturing process leading to a sub standard product being dispatched and not directly due to incorrect artwork and masters being submitted Disburner will offer to rapidly re-run your order for you if acceptable to you or provide a full refund.
Your order may be cancelled at any time up to the point of payment being received and all artwork and masters received as your run will automatically go through for print and reproduction at this stage. If you do realise that there is an error in your artwork even after this stage please get in touch with us on 0845 050 8449 as we may still be able to hold the run back for you. The progress of your order will show at all times in your account for you to monitor.

Upon completion of your project, orders are dispatched by either FedEx 24 hr delivery or Royal Mail registered mail depending on the weight of your order. Our prices are all inclusive so there are no additional charges delivery charges.
